celebration~

it is at times like these
that you can see
that the city never really sleeps
especially so on a night like this
when the new year is upon us
at every corner, nook and cranny,
you can almost be sure to spot
some celebration of sorts goin on
the streets are ALIVE
with congregations of friends and families
refusing to simply retire for the night
staring the new year in the eye perhaps?

well yeah i guess so then..
thank you, friends, family and colleagues,
for making the year 2009 for what it has been
good AND bad, we take 'em all in
bring it on 2010!
yes, i am indeed In The Mood...
