random thots...

be warned, these are really, really, random thoughts...

gosh... where did my week go?

seemed just like yesterday that sis and i were sitting, catchin' our breath in front of the royal selangor club at dataran merdeka... we thought we'd grab a cup of cool, refreshing Milo each until that is, when we saw the long queue snaking thru the padang... without much further ado, we drove straight to McDonald's at mont kiara... to hav their breakfast meals, and of coz, some very cool & refreshing, large cups of Milo... :) of coz, it being an outing of just me and sis.. choosing an eatery with an outdoor sitting area is highly not-optional... :P

spending sunday mornings browsing at some not overly-crowded bazaar seems not too bad an idea too... that morning itself, when barely half of the vendors there hav managed to put up their stalls, we managed to browse and grabbed some stuf at a steal... sis got a black top while i got 2 simple dressy-tops, all for 25bucks each. :) and guess waht? i found some cheap 2nd-hand books for sale too~! took home one at rm8:- 'extremely loud & incredibly close' by a jonathan safran foer... with a title like that, who can blame me for picking it up?

the woek-week then very quickly slurred into a fast week. in fact, two of the after-woek nites was so draining (mustav' been) that it left me pigging off right after dinner... gosh! no wonder the week's been quick.... today was the 1st day of yet another round of quarterly management meeting at the office. and tomorrow... tomorrow i will need to be at office at 7:30am ... 'an early start' they said, for a day of planned agenda. another round of motivational, team-building shitz from some hot-shot speakers from outside (read: bloodsuckers + bunch of fools)...

anyhow, i dont darn care. although, sadly, the meeting will continue right into saturday... still, fri-nite's our few hours of catchin' up with the gang... and it's combust's birthday too~! Hear Ye! Hear Ye! this calls for some cake (a slice), some coffee (famous, bearing some constellation object), and fags!!! (at least one on the slice of cake, i heard...)
