it's December after all...

tonight.. after so many december nights,
i'd stopped by facebook like how i do every night..
and i see faces of joy and postings of celebrations.

birthdays, births, proposals, marriages..
dong zhi dinners, early christmas celebrations..
holidays, and year end vacation shots..
it's all positive, it's all good..

i've been preoccupied.. for the entire 23 days of december,
with work, i.e. Currentjob.
couldn't help it, still can't.
i've missed things.. this december.

this week at woek is extra woeful..
a vital colleague is away on leave, i am left mostly to my own.
3 working days to pull through before he comes back..
everyone wants their chairs & tables before the big xmas eve feast.
i've made it past 2 so far, not entirely unscathed.. -.-"
i can't wait for my turn now

Happy 2014~

It's about half a month to the new year

This is spontaneous

It's about 17 days to the new year

I have a year end trip coming up

But I'm also in the middle of something new

A challenging New job

I am one month old at Currentjob

I have this wall in front of me

Imposed by non other than yours truly

I can't help it

The nightmares and obligations to do well

Then again, it's only 17 days to the new year

It's only 17 days left for you to chart whatever your "to dos" in 2014
